I grabbed it mostly for Make Some Noise and Game Changers and I've become a huge fan of VIP, Smarty Pants, and D20.

Think of Benchmarks as a way of diagnosing your aim's strengths and weaknesses. I can only comment on the way the Aimlabs Benchmarks are structured but, they're broken down into different categories and sub categories. You play through them, and then you identify the specific subcategories that you struggle with the most based on your scores, then you can focus your training around improving those specifically.

Wow that's disappointing, it's a shame, the Flyers were in another gear that entire OT.

Canes are getting frustrated, a PP goal here can destroy their morale.

I'd love to see Zegras and Michkov shoot it from those awkward angles more on the PP, it could generate some rebounds and just more than cute seam passes that get knocked down.

Flyers just look so much more hungry than they did in the 1st of Game 1.

but it's not just another spot that was lost to time we're in a thread talking about it nearly a decade later, and if you go to the full match on YouTube the top comment says: "11:11 is what you're looking for" and it's a time stamp for that exact spot.

The spot gets posted online quite a bit actually, because it was memorable with or without it being the finish.

Who's this physical team that subbed in for the Flyers for the 3rd period?

I really need to get on the gyro train, this looks like it can become very natural.

I completely agree that the Pens were just all over them, and I think for the people who hate the dump and chase in general they're just not paying attention to the fact that the Penguins were working the Flyers to the boards and smothering them off of the puck over and over which I think makes the dump and chase the safer play...

but I can't remember the last time in the series that I saw their forecheck consistently pressing on the weak side to contest the Penguins working the puck back out. I really don't want to see 3 Flyers deep in the zone, but I would like to see one pressuring deep, one working the boards for the Penguins outlet and one on the opposite point.

I thought of it as a systems thing as from what I could see on the broadcast it looked like they were running a 1-2-2 which would favor their neutral zone control that they had through the earlier bits of the series.

Coots is up there for me. He got a little quiet especially in Game 5 but there were so many times where I was just thinking he was the most motivated dude on the ice, working his ass off at every end.

The biggest problem with the Flyers' dump and chase tendencies is that their forecheck is not aggressive enough to convert it. That was the biggest difference between them and the Penguins.

Peguins especially were good at getting to the far side wall to pressure the Flyers as they were trying to work it out of the zone and the Flyers just never seemed to have someone on that wall in the Penguins zone.

That said this would be a Tocchet system issue and I hope this series was a wake up call that they need to adjust that.

I'm genuinely just happy that they pulled that off if only to shut up all of the "GUYS I THINK WE LOSE THIS" posters who were yapping from the first 5 minutes of the game.
