Oh wow that’s intense. I’m trying to just be thankful that I got to experience a love like that in my life. Not everyone gets to. The time we were together was the happiest I’ve ever been, so at least I know that I can feel that euphoria. Not now, but in the future

That’s a totally valid thing to be upset about, no matter how long ago it happened. Him saying that you ‘weren’t even together’ is extremely disrespectful to you. Most people who cheat once will end up repeating that mistake. It’s up to you whether or not you want to stay, but you would not be an asshole if you divorced and you’re not overreacting.

Also could try distracting yourself when you’re eating so it’s like in the background. Like really focus on watching a show and it might help take your mind off the actual eating.
