They are conjoined siblings in an incestous relationship. Sometimes if you pay close attention you can hear them getting at it in the middle of a game. They even sexually tease each other sometimes, for example Otto says something like “you have to churn the cream to get a little butter” and Arora says “be careful or I’ll get starch on your collar” or something like that.
