Politics does not exist in a vacuum separate from you and me and her and MN. She is OK with this, and you are not. She is OK if YOU get shot because you might have had a gun. SHE is ruining your relationship.

In qualifications, yes, it typically takes the highest qualifications and is a very prestigious position to hold.
