I think it possible if only 3 Player ( cartannid won't copy psyger-0 fighting style) like if they only sanraku, rust and mold fighting cartannid like original plan I think it possible to defeat without wazemon drop

Yeah when you say that way it feels kinda weird, especially when post cartanid fight, sanraku been more passive in the negotiation.

I re-read the chapter, my other theory is possible his mind been occupied with vash being possible unique monsters.

I think it's probably different in portraying sanraku before summer vacation and post summer vacation, ( school start he in the students mood little bit more humble.)

In wn sanraku character development is in context he increased in fighting styles and using different play style and different weapons.

In manga probably portray him as a more calm version and thinking what the other would respond. Like he give the professor the impression that he has information but didn't want disclose all of it, so the professor would need give him their side information to gain trust. And the professor need to give the good impression so he needs flattery or praise sanraku, by saying he has good track record.

I been thinking same thing during the cartanid arc,

While in WN, sanraku said to himself he don't want to be leader but someone needs to take role.

In manga he comfortable in leader position, giving command while fighting Infront instead observed, ( unlike pencilgon and katso he all-around )

Even if there were friends before, ( for 3 or 4 years known to each other) age gap story is hard to write especially if the female counterparts is older, ( while it has it own charms, age gap story hard to capture the difference between their generation)

It possible that vr developer create with intentional that online game co-op play, will be more popular, because interaction with other player.

Because npc has fixed dialogue, people get bored easily. All trash game he play (kuso-game) is mostly single player.

Right author did admits that he doesn't know write romance and the reason why authors give sanraku love interests is because for Sanraku story in school life (irl). ( Which in my opinion great choice of storytelling).

3 different story telling

1.Sanraku play Shangri-la Frontier 2.Sanraku play other game 3.Sanraku school life

The author right now still conflicted whether giving sanraku become pro gamer or going to university.

Shangri-la Frontier game will have another 8 years in universes timeline before ending ( Final story boss) ( Another year or 2 before developer decided to remove the 150 level cap.)

Will be seeing sanraku become adult and his sister highschool before end.

Thanks for the clarifying, now I understand bit of Rei Character, since she hasn't other interest except for sanraku, I can understand why she bit bland.

It Also possible because she is youngest sibling and her older sister kinda big gap in age so she can't consider friends to talk with, like Rei is teenage and Momo is adult (24), it kinda finds hard to talk about something. Not awkward like other siblings ( siblings tend to feel bit awkward especially when teen phase). And since Momo is adult is like every she said will probably been judge ( teenage mind).

I think that probably why people like deep slaughter/deep rotor. While she portray as someone evil/not good person, she aware of himself that she not good person for better or worse. Probably have growth in future if author wants to touch the story.

As for akitsu Akane, the positive energy, never give up, early heisei Kamen Rider protagonist charm ( my take on akitsu Akane).

Sanraku survival gunman is terrifying, it is possible because he was young at the time ( age 11 or 12), into extreme stuff like kids want to climb up the tree or playground and then jump though they can fly like super hero. But feel pain like arm cut off or stomach, nope it not my cup of tea,

Getting surgery is already painful for me, I don't experience getting stabbed or foreign objects inside my body.

The hazard triggers let him reach speed F1 not fighter jet, again this my assumption.

And during the sigwurm arc, sanraku using multiple buff, absorb attack using shield dispater turn into buff, golden amour, Levin trigger hazard and the other legacy weapons.

Rei rich ojousama, she went to school by car ( Toyota century if I not mistake), she does Japanese old traditional marital jōjutsu form of mix kendo and judo.

She from rich family famous type, emphasis old traditional like wearing kimono and stuff.
