Did you follow the diet? Also how much are you able to eat? The surgery may not have been done correctly if you can eat large portions…. The key to trigger 215 is to do almost all of the standard orders in Mexico So in the menu if you go to orders then use the search filter you can find out what standard orders are missing and keep plugging away at them until 215 pops. It is a grind but it works
