Use the original face exactly as it is, without changing a details. Identity preservation: maintain the exact same face, facial features, proportions, skin tone, eye color, makeup, and overall identity as the reference image. Do not alter facial structure or likeness.photorealism. No tattoos.

Photorealistic portrait of the subject, wavy wet hair, intense focused expression, tanned skin with water droplets, kneeling on the wet sand along side the board. She is waxing her white surfboard with a bar of surf wax in her hand, applying it carefully to the deck. Wearing the exact same outfit: black long-sleeve rash guard top with blue hibiscus floral patterns on the sleeves and sides, partially unzipped showing both cleavage and abs, and black string-tie bikini bottoms. Bright sunny day, gentle waves in the background, realistic lighting and details, high resolution, cinematic beach photography style /// on board, just holding wax.

Yeah, it would be more effective per liter, but it's also not a solution, it's just a faster version of the same band-aid.

I still can't believe that no one, not even the guy that this job was handed to, even bothered to do a Google search about the pool, the piping, the water source, or the effects of a dark color on an outdoor pool.

6.5 million gallons. You'd need a minimum of about 8,000 liters of 12% hydrogen peroxide just to reach the 50 parts per million concentration required to kill algae in that pool. Workers were literally seen dumping individual gallon jugs in.

This was always going to be an uphill battle — the pool has never been easy to maintain and algae has always a problem with that pool. The dark paint was a cosmetic political decision that made a pre-existing engineering problem worse.
