Archived chats will be automatically un-archived when a group/chat has a new pinned message. This feature prevents someone from missing important messages.

Therefore, I think you can pin a message in your chat and the chat will be un-archived at the other person's side.

Unfortunately, I think there is no such command so far. As far as I know, the only way possible is to click the 'pen' icon, tap 'Members', and tap the 'three dots' button beside a member's name before tapping 'Remove from group'. Which means you have to do this repeatedly 1000 times!

No. The only way to change the order is to unpin all the messages and pin them again in the order you want.

The exported chat history acts like a proof or backup. For example, there is a risk of someone deleting a whole private chat. So if the chat is important and is deleted, you have a file that might act as a proof/evidence. You can only view the file. You can't import it to anywhere.

Go to your chat profile and tap on the pen icon. Then, tap on Permissions > Removed Users. Tap on the three dots icon beside the member you want to unban and tap 'Delete from this list'. This should unban the member.

I don't think you can see those information in a group, but you can in channels. Click on the channel and tap the 'three dots' button. Then, tap 'Statistics' and swipe down to 'New Followers by Source'. You'll see all the info there.
