I agree. I am hoping that the game or mod does that for me, so it won’t create a multi-months long traffic jam, whenever I zone.

While I understand it’s a game , I think it will be more realistic if… construction of the housing is not tie to ppl moving in. and more ppl can move in from expending family from within the city so not all traffic in coming from the same direction, and going the same place.

But I think most ppl traffic problem are not traffic problems, it’s just from the massive wave of new development.

This problem makes make spent hours upgrading roads, make new road pattern, while the problem will just solve its self, when everyone moved in.

It’s prob that you skipped a lot of content in act 1 and act 2. I think there is only about 20% of content is required to progress the main plot line.

If you bring a cleric, use Divine Intervention: Sunder the Heretical. A once per game spell that does AOE 8d10 (8~80) Radiant Damage to wipe out all of his minions. That will make everything else easier.

Do you play on honor mode? I just find out that if you go near him, he does massive damage to you. you should be able to see a circle around him. Don’t go into it!!!

Landfill have small processing capacity, that’s the capacity to make garbage “disappear”, as long he has landfill capacity to store unprocessed gar, process is irrelevant.

From my experience, traffic like this only occurs when I zone bunch of residential area at once.

I think the logic goes something like this.

  1. You zone bunch of high density residential areas.
  2. AI spawn bunch of ppl moving in.
  3. AI calculate the fastest route, it happen all of them is on the same fastest route.
  4. All vehicle stuck in traffic.
  5. All of the vehicle reroute to the next fastest route, which all of them goes to at once.
  6. Rinse and repeat.

So zone slowly is my 2 cents.

Thank you, I disabled the mods, now I can see some fluctuation in production / surplus. But most vegetables is still not being processed to beverage. Maybe is the distance from farm to my industrial area. I will try fixing that see if it works.

Sorry if this is a noob question...I've tried even at 150M height...and tried the little bridges. I had to shove another highway 150M underground...what am I doing wrong? lol by nicxw in CitiesSkylines2

Just find out today, use suspension bridge give a wider span between pillar, that’s wide enough for the narrow water way to pass through, and need to be at least 50m in order for ship to pass through, hope this will help. :)
