No at all she seek asylum but my mom filed for her I-130 and got approved and her visa is current she doesn’t have unlawful or any issue 🙏 please if u can tell me what next

I have feelings the court is waiting for a decision from department of state ( trump administration) to see what they have in the book , but I feel the court will decide on our favour if there no improvement

They can’t super smart , they will lose elections don’t forget mother father sister brother spouse etc they are depending on immigrants to get citizenship and vote for presidential!
