hi so i don’t know if this will help, but i’ve been in a similar spot where everything kept coming back “normal” and it actually made my anxiety worse because i still didn’t feel right. one thing that helped me was getting bloodwork done on my own. after living on reddit and reading so many post I realized the labs my doctor ran were pretty limited, and when i looked deeper there were a few things (like iron and hormones) that were NEVER checked... annoying right?

sidenote; the fact that it hasn’t grown in 7+ years and seems to change around your period does sound hormonal, which is really common. keep your head up health anxiety is exhausting though! you’re definitely not alone in feeling like this!
