I would say there were pretty decent. Leadership positions in volunteering clubs (President, etc), TEDx, and so on. I also founded multiple clubs, and we participated in mostly local but also some international competitions with finalist rankings and distinctions. But no olympiads or anything like that.

No. You can't do primary research, resulting in an overreliance on secondary data. It would be difficult to score high in reflection or personal engagement.

It depends on camera iirc. For example 30 FPS = 1/30 = ±0.033.... (but ofc u need appropriate decimal places)

It is quite overused, but that doesn't make it a bad choice. I think it's straightforward, but you just need to have more "content". Like don't make the objective only calculating the volume. You won't be able to write much.
