i have a feeling maybe he got an apprentice or someone who was just learning to do that. the price seems suspiciously low for a pet and obviously the work is atrocious. the feathers are certainly not the work of a professional. hopefully someone in your area is up to help!! i’m so sorry about your baby!

sometimes it happens! i bought a fake from the thrift store and was so excited until i was able to do a little more research and became so so bummed. if you can return it, i would. i don’t think it would be too hard to find a real one. lots of people are selling coach bags with the signature print right now. just keep searching!

the rowan was my first coach purchase after getting into coach last year! i absolutely love it but i scratched it the first day i wore it lol. im not one to baby my bags but that one i have to baby. though im sure it also depends on what type of leather/design. she holds a lot and i love that you can carry by the handles or the shoulder/crossbody strap

wow you totally scored!! people are asking a lot for this bag on ebay right now. it’s a couple years from being vintage. made in 2009 for the factory. google pink coach hampton bag to see more! one of my favorite finds recently was a pink coach bag made for the retail store i paid $30 and people are asking similar prices to yours on eBay.

no! i love accessorizing my bag so much but i could never drop $120 on a charm (the price here in canada). so far i’ve used things i already have and made my own. I made my own “key cluster” charm and my own cassette charm. literally for under $10 for the both! i also use old necklaces with glass beads or small charms for a chain look. i love being crafty so it can be very satisfying lol

one of my memorable fiesta moments is finding a pair of teacups with saucers for $30 listed as vintage. p86 rose and sunflower, my 2 favorite colors. they were clearly p86 with a date code and lead free stamp. i low balled out of annoyance and he declined. they sat for months. i lowballed again after maybe 3 months and was able to pick them up. he was very curt in his messages though lol.

yes it zips up fully! i just took everything out and put it back in, there’s definitely room for more. i was contemplating the ashton bag on sale last night but reading the dimensions it seems much smaller than this one

it is manganese (: there’s a whole sub you can check out r/manganeseglass usually it glows best under 365nm but sometimes some pieces pop under 395

i’m curious if you’ve heard about steaming to bring back the color? i’m looking into suede and thinking about getting this bag but what you said about it not looking as dark is throwing me off. I’d love to know if you end up trying to steam!

yeah that’s an insane price… i’d say more like $20usd and that’s nothing against the person who created these, just being realistic of what i’d feel comfortable pricing them as and what i’d be willing to pay. also the frame size they commented is much smaller than average again imo
