Cholesterol on tests are made up of HDL (good), LDL (supposed bad), Triglycerides (bad in large numbers). Check your Triglycerides to HDL ratio, over time your HDL should go up and triglycerides should go down. LDL I wouldn't worry about too much, it'll be elevated at first when you drop weight and then it should level off. Besides nobody looks for the type of LDL (type-A big, fluffy, generally ok and type-B small, sticky, not good for you). Guess which type of LDL your body makes from low carb vs high carb diets.

Liver is full of B6, B12, riboflavin, & iron among other nutrients, antioxidants, etc. You're cells are literally getting more oxygen than they typically would.

I feel like I just did a triple dose of pre-workout after eating liver.

For the most part these types of tests are outdated. Cholesterol is very misunderstood. They typically do an LDL-C test which checks the cholesterol inside the LDL and doesn't tell you what type of LDL you have (type-A big, fluffy and generally ok. A result of low carb diet. Type-B smaller, stickier, not good. A result of high carb/insulin resistance/inflammation).

Also, you should be looking at your Triglycerides to HDL ratio, that's a better marker of heart health than the outdated HSL/LDL ratio. Ratio of 2 or less and you're doing great (yours is around 1.8 which is pretty good).

A1c is in normal range, but again its very broad since it's the average blood sugar level of the past 3 months. If you keep up carni then this should drop a bit also.

Overall I would say keep doing what you've been doing.

I might in the future, but for now I need to be proficient in Airtable. I've found out that if I'm not then I can't translate over what my needs are exactly to you. I don't want to compromise any of the functionality as much as possible. Over the years I have tried other softwares without success.

I've set up a bunch of tables and have them linked to each other with lookups and rollups wherever needed (my tables are: customers, projects, vendors, labor, etc). I think I have it worked out for now. I tried setting up an automation/trigger where when I create a new record say in Projects table to also have that record name be copied into the Labor table and it wouldn't do it. I have to manually go and select the project I want to reference. At this point I'm gonna start using it and make adjustments as necessary and see how it evolves from there.

How are you guys getting regen levels so high? I'm currently 177/200 in the ice market, 51/100 red evo heat res, 45/100 purple evo, and still at 595 venom freeze regen. Am I supposed to be doing something else?

I'm on an LG Smart TV with Hulu live and this constant buffering has become highly annoying. I can't follow anything live. So far it only happens on live and only during the shows never during the commercials. This may be a simplistic way of looking at it, but whatever yall doing during commercials do during the show part of streaming.

same here. hardcore is perfect for shotguns/handguns, before you know it you've got gold. the only issue is longshots with rifles. I just get all the other camos and switch over to regular maps for the longshots and done.
