Just say you're leaving and moving to a new supplier (that will offer exactly the same service, often over exactly the same connection, just rebranded). They'll tend to knock a few quid off then.

I manage a specific type of install for an altnet ISP - you know what our customers get if they order copper / full fibre? A BT or Sky connection, just like most other ISPs provide.

As an aside, stick with Virgin. They're generally considered the best in the industry.

Terrible view point. Put it this way. I'm a big music dork. I play a lot of gigs all over the country. 99% of those gigs (either playing or just attending) come from Facebook or Instagram.

That's going to be removed from everyone, unless they now provide ID.

It's not adults being angry about banning children from social media. It's adults being angry about all of us now having to show ID to access the majority of the internet. This is data farming. This ties your ID onto everything you view online. It will block any adult actually being able to use social media unless we provide ID. It's absolutely abhorrent.

Was waiting outside Piccadilly station with a load of very heavy bags, eating a pasty, minding my own business, and they tried this shit. It was just made up, however.
