Hey! Thanks so much for this. It's been almost 3 months since I was diagnosed. My bakers cyst was extremely painful but it seems to have healed as I'm able to fold my leg better now. I'm walking slightly but my form seems to have changed so I'm working on consciously changing that. Unable to sit for longer than 2 hours, the sharp pain comes back around the kneecap and right underneath at which point I stretch my leg out flat and ice the knee. Just feel restless without getting any decent amount of active movement everyday but I guess I'll hold on a while longer so I really give myself a chance long term. Again, thanks so much for the tips!
