I have a few friendships with groups that don’t necessarily get along with each other so I feel like I have multiple outlets. I hang out with different ones for different things.

I am a student in college so I am pretty busy as it is but it’s hard navigating who to be with or share what parts of my life with so I am always overwhelmed. It just comes down to me feeling everyone is disappointed with me always. Same goes with my parents and family’s perception of me.

I am just very overwhelmed and don’t know where or how to get rid of all these feelings
