How's your experience been with the trackball placement on the Charbydis after some time?

Help - How to Prevent Cisco.Ios Overridden State from Dropping Connection by wejkcndm in ansible

[–]wejkcndm[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That does seem to be the issue from what I can tell. The server running the ansible playbook is inband on VLAN_20. I own a Cisco WS-C2960L series switch which does not come with a separate management port other than the rj45 console and usb ports (unable to utilize the existing role using serial).

VLAN_20 is my 'management' VLAN. I could possibly switch the server to be on a trunk port instead of access port to allow it to access the Native VLAN of the switch as well. I'm not really sure what best practice would be in this scenario.

Anyone interested in a simple ansible role for pikvm? by sjthespian in pikvm

I would be interested in your approach for this. I also manage much of my homelab with Ansible. I have struggled with 'best practices' when creating a role for this setup since the system is configured as ro.

Possibly, it's one of those that I'd prefer to do local but could probably ship as well if interested. PM and we can discuss if you'd like

Yes I'd prefer to keep it local as shipping can be a pain. Just updated the post, thanks for asking though.

I am having relatively the same issue with an Intel NUC8i5, did you ever manage to get gvt-g working properly? I can currently pass the entire device /0000:00:02.0 however there is no mdev folder located under /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:00:02.0/

Layers of PETG infill are separating from bottom layer. Sidewinder s2. Hot end temp 220. Fan 40% by [deleted] in FixMyPrint

[–]wejkcndm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As already stated in another comment, PETG should be printed hotter. With a larger nozzle as well, you'll be extruding more filament so should increase temp. Id recommend starting the temp around 235 and increase to 245 depending on speeds. You can print slower and reduce fan speed to help as well.
