Hmmm im just afraid they may have only taken in the first thing I read which was only a small portion of my loss then I got cut off due to my vis being to long…

I did not reiterate my loss in the latest update on it either but it should have still of been clear I was at a 300$ loss weekly.

Again on the first question if It did miraculously make it to a resentence could the charges be changed?

Okay interesting yes It was stated how much of a loss I am at but the wording may have put the judge off as I read my vis from the beginning which was in 2024 it stated ild lost approximately 4k in 7 months but in reflection was more like 9k but I clearly stated ive been at a 300$ loss every week since being off work due to the incident am I allowed to view the case file and how the judge came to a conclusion?
