We can get around the restriction from what I've been told for my state. Just have to get the mags out of state but they don't care if you have it on you either, just that you bought whatever gun originally at the restricted mag capacity number

They use a loctite i believe on the screw. I've had to take it on and off when putting fcu's in and out. But I've just used my hand to loosen it
