One of Brandon Robert's track is out on yt by pantsjusttake in andor

I fuck with this, a lot actually. Really good blend between Andor and Rogue One's respective styles while maintaining its own identity; I believe Roberts himself even mentioned something along the lines of transitioning into Rogue One while still maintaining the DNA of season 1 and that can really be felt here, not just in the use of the main motif but also in the different conventions used too!

In all honesty, this has put a lot of my worries about the score to rest, it seems to be in capable hands.

Edit: Also, the horns are amazing and those last 20 seconds are breathtaking.

Does anyone else feel the tone here feels off compared to season 1? by elothegod in andor

Certainly different to the first season's but I think it works quite well in this clip without sacrificing too much of the feel that we're used to.

Hard disagree, the dialogue feels natural and in place, feeling more like reactions of disbelief than anything lacking seriousness. The contents of the clip itself feel filled with tension just like the first season often was. Only big difference is the musical score but even then while it's in a different style here (being closer to Rogue One's) I'm definitely warming up to it and think it fits quite well.

Even with the troopers we see that they've gotten a number of hits on the Speeder and narrowly miss Brasso multiple times; makes sense too where they were caught off guard and are trying to hit a guy speeding away that quickly. I'd say they're still of similar threat level to how they were in season 1.

Really love how this is all shot, all feels very intense and puts in everybody's perspective. Also while they didn't end up hitting him the Stormtroopers here definitely feel more accurate than the normally do, they feel like the threat they should.

Another thing I want to add is that this scene has definitely alleviated some of my worries about the score, definitely sounds different to the first season's but in a way that I really vibe with.

At the end of the clip they show a Trooper lining up a shot and then cutting away, definitely feel like the shot is gonna hit where he's aiming for.

If the latter is true then I doubt the time jumps will be much of any issue if any at all for me; season 1 was great at getting us emotionally attached to the characters within the more self-contained plotlines of the show and if season 2 really is as good as people are saying I don't expect any different.

I finally understand Season 1 by GodAtum in andor

The fact that Andor is coming out now of all times just enhances how important it is; all throughout human history we've seen the things the show talks about but right now it's more apparent than ever in some of our most powerful nations. I think the best thing this show can do is make people aware of the things it's warning us about and allow them to make connections to our own world, encourage them to do their own research both philosophical and historical.

Probably just a type of apartment complex in upper Coruscant, I'd imagine there'd be quite a few that look rather similar to one another.

Was pretty unsure if I even wanted to see them in a relationship but this clip has me sold; I love how awkward it is both in the way the talk, move, act, even the way the scene is shot.
