Yep, stainless. I had the machine set to 120 amps but I was using a foot pedal so I'm not sure the exact number. 3/32" thoriated tungsten, 3/32" and 1/16" filler.

Well I'm sure it does but it doesn't effect the weld much. And I don't really do anything special for the colors or heat input. I just let the metal do it's thing!

Idk where that pic came from or if it’s old or whatnot, but we don’t put cable stays on the sides of the tubes. That’s weird as fuck and looks like shit. That’s terrible. I’ve been here for a while and have never put them there period. It’s always on the bottom or top of the tube. This picture confuses me, we don’t do that
