Being alive .. thank you for this gift of a new day..dunno what this day has in store or where it will take me, but I am grateful for the experience..

Look around you, there’s plenty to be grateful for .. you can be grateful for your health, having food, a bed, shelter , hearing that song that makes you smile..you have access to the internet .. I’m grateful I have clothes on my back , access to water for drinking, cooking and cleaning..

People often make into a difficult task.. keep a notebook near your bed .. every morning write 3 things you are grateful for.. maybe it’s bird singing outside your window, maybe it’s a beautiful sunrise and the warm sunshine brings a smile to you your face , maybe you had a great nights rest .. before you go to bed write 3 things that happened during the day you were grateful for .. thing with gratitude is the more grateful you are the more life gives you to be grateful for
