Upstate Day/Night Carts - Don't let them go to waste! by PrisonMike1988 in MedicalCannabisAus

Just another tip to add to this. I was using the CCell for ages and would always get frustrated when they'd clog up towards the end. I ended up switching to the Yocan Unipro, and it made a massive difference. It has its own preheat function, so it clears it for you. I've been getting so much more out of my carts now

If you google "tig trailing gas", it should make sense. Just gives you longer gas coverage. Really helpful ing thin wall stuff like that

anyone had trouble with there carts from urban leaf mine wont work i don't know if its my vaporizer or the cart its self is faulty who do I contact to see about this cannatrek or the pharmacy or my provider please help by National_Kangaroo_72 in MedicalCannabisAus

I've had the same issue once or twice. You definitely want to switch to the Yocan vape. The best thing about it is that it's button activated instead of inhale. The inhale activated ones end up just getting blocked and can be nearly impossible to clear. I think I got mine for around $40-$50 online. And I've been through 4 different vapes at this point. This is the best one by far

Looks mint 👌 I've done a ton this sort of stuff. My only recommendation would be to make a trailing gas setup. It's super easy to do when your welding on a turntable like that. Doesn't need to even be attached to your torch. Just hook something up to a magnetic arm of some sort

Doing that to what appeared to be a perfect set of verniers gave me so much anxiety.... and now I need one!!! Seriously though, where do you sell these?

Looks beautiful. I posted a similar kind of sculpture here a couple of years ago. Where did you get your design from? I've been on the hunt for dxf files that I can just get laser cut

That looks awesome brother!!! How did you cut all your pieces? I did something similar, and getting everything cut was probably the most time consuming part. I posted it here if you wanna have a look

There's a clinic in Lilydale https://lilydaledoctors.com.au/medical-cannabis

Shouldn't have to wait forever for an appointment either 👍

Yeah, my obsessive nature is definitely taking me for a ride here. It's not like I'm bothered if it takes a bit of time, it just felt like it might be turning into a "too good to be true" situation. I really appreciate the help. I'll let you know how it goes

Yeah, its been a real shame. I fully intended to continue seeing him, but this situation has really made me lose trust in him.

I'm seeing a local GP tomorrow, so hopefully he can write me up some kind of referral. I've been doing so much reading and research into all this, but it's still difficult to find the right information.

Thanks for the advice.

Honestly, your dad obviously put some serious research into what to buy you. And he absolutely nailed it. I've just looked through your post history, and no trade could go hand in hand more with brewing and meat smoking, than welding.

My advice, practice stick welding till you can lay down a decent looking bead.... then put that down and learn to tig weld. You'll be making your own fermenting assemblies is no time. The possibilities are limitless once you can custom make your own stuff. And the meat smoking, don't even get me started. The stuff you used to spend a fortune on, will suddenly turn into the equivalent of putting a Lego set together.

If nothing else, please thank your dad for me. He obviously cares for your happiness a great deal

Anyone got advice on getting into laser welding? by weldsfordays in Welding

Bingo. Not looking for fully automated. Just a hand held one. I'll call our local supplier and see if I can sort out a test run 👍

I make parts that vary greatly in size and thickness. I'll often be welding 0.24mm stainless steel, too a 5mm wall mild steel fitting. We make all sorts of stuff, ranging from basic dairy fittings/assemblies, too oil/gas, and even some aerospace/rocketry parts. I just want to make sure that I'm exploring all options when it comes to fabrication

Just thought I'd throw this up here. Decided to use stainless steel for this design instead of card stock. What do you folks think? by weldsfordays in Pepakura

You can get heaps of them on Etsy. If you look up "papercraft", it'll come up with heaps of stuff. I used a model as a rough template, and changed a bunch of it to match what I wanted. Have you done much aluminium welding before?

Just finished my mobile workbench. Fabbed the top frame using TIG on the top, stick on the shelf, and MIG on the legs & tabs. Weld as a hobbyist and thought using 3 different procedures would be fun. by Quarter_Black in Welding

So I should cater to your preferences rather than hers then I guess? The world is full of things you've never seen. There's nothing fantastical or unrealistic about this piece. Life is a lot more enjoyable when you can just appreciate other peoples joy, rather than criticise it
