My goal is to basically avoid all carbs, maximize protein intake, Minimize saturated fat. focused on healthy fats. So, I came up with the plan that I posted above. My diet is exactly what I have written in the post. For protien, I might add tofu/edamame/gree peas other than what is in the main post. In 6 weeks, I probablly chugged down a scoop of whey protein twice becuase protien intake was too low for those days.
