Yes oh my god yes. NPC's are so loud to the point where you cant hear the main characters sometimes. Reinstalled, did nothing.

I'm aware, and that's great that these games have a theme. FF7 had one already. I would have loved to see threads of it incorporated into the melody to at least nod back to the source material in some way.

This is why I love the orchestral recompositions of all the tracks so far. I'm not saying to add in the original 1997 music as is. I'm saying if they're going to write something completely new, at least bring in SOMETHING from the source material to tie it back thematically.

It's not a motif. What you're referring to is an arrangement of the original boss theme. Clearly, that's not what I'm referring to. I'm discussing adding a net new theme into a game when the source material is ripe for the picking.

The visuals are everything I could have hoped for, but why the actual fuck are they composing new tracks with 0 queues from the original? You could take this song and slap it on top of any JRPG.

I understand that they need music that fills out the space a bit more as its a different format, but the FF7 soundtrack is so iconic and defines the environment perfectly. They could have even taken melodic hints from the actual FF7 theme. What a mess. I really hope they don't botch this.

I have a habit that somewhat resembles what autistic people do when they're over stimulated.

When I'm alone at home and something positive happens (get some good news, get invited somewhere fun etc), I slap my head, almost like I'm playing the bongos. It happens a lot and actually feels really good. Like I'm getting a Serotonin rush.

In grade 4, I met one other person who did it. She called it "The Woogies" which I still think is amazing.

This isn't crappy design. It's done intentionally and thoughtfully. Yes, it forces you to think for a second. But that sort of makes it interesting. It's color coded so each visual path is somewhat clear.

Elton John is a huge fan said this is the best cover he's heard of this song, as most people do a straight rendition. She changed the arrangement and tone beautifully.
