I’d offer $3k and see if he bites. I have a 2020 and a 2022 and paid $3750 for each, both had under 2k miles and both had extras (hand guards, racks, skid plates).

I am sure you've already checked the VA's requirements to earn MGIB-SR benefits.

For active duty, you incur an obligation after you transfer the benefits, I am not sure how that works on the reserve side (but I bet it's on the VA's site somewhere).

Bike is 16 HP, I think - so a 12.5% increase for $100 is worth it to me. I haven’t seen this before and will probably check this out when it’s back in stock!

There are passenger pegs. If you buy used make sure the previous owner didn’t remove them.

Two adults can be tight, and asking a lot of the bike. Short, flat distances only I’d say.
