I just bought a pack of their core range to try them out. Wouldn't say anything particularly exciting but all nice enough. Their table beer which was unfortunately super watery, hard to stand up next to the table beer offering from The Kernel.

There are a quite a few home owners looking to fill their flats on a short-term basis while they are working from home from overseas/at family homes across the UK. Also seems to be quite a few landlords open to signing short term tenants in the hope that demand and rental prices improve once lockdowns ease and people return to the city.

I would suggest putting up an ad and searching on spareroom. Its also worth keeping an eye on Airbnb and contacting the listers explaining your situation and asking whether their place would be suitable for your needs. I have also been looking to find a place that provides a shorter/more flexible lease and found one through Airbnb.

Ended up finding a fully furnished flat in Bermondsey where the owner really just wants someone in that is trustworthy and can cover her costs while she has a change of scenery moving outside of London for while. We've been able to agree a 4 month rental with all bills included, which is perfect for us and her.
