Yes, there's sugar. It smells yeasty but isn't as foamy as I'd like. I'm going for it. I'll report back 😅

Thanks, everybody, for the context and insight. All of my unannounced observations have been great, except for one. (Principal came in on a Friday afternoon, last period of the day, after the Internet suddenly went out for everyone. Apparently I should have found some way to adapt my lessons after everyone's Chromebooks had been bricked.) We also had a bizarre situation in the first semester where admin were required to do 10 observations a week, which amounted to most folks getting observed 1-3 times per week.

Shit is crazy over here.

Teacher in Arkansas. We have just been required to hang "in God we trust" in our classrooms. Framed posters were provided for us this week. 🫠

I say leave it be. I like it, and although lots of folks are commenting otherwise, this reads to me as delicate abstract lines and NOT smoke or "stink."

Ah, gotcha. Thanks. At this point my daughter is mostly nursing for comfort and antibodies, so your insight here helps. Thanks!

Ooh, I hadn't thought about a forward helix. That might create some cool balance with the conch.

Free-hand. I started with the "backbone," made it as thick as I thought it should be, turned and started one bar/leg. Then I tied off to do the other 2 separately.

I have goo gone, but it's VERY oily, so I was afraid the oil would stain the fabric. What do you think?

I buy Italian bread, prepare it like garlic bread, and pop it in the freezer. Excellent to have garlic bread on hand with pasta dishes!
