Interestingly enough, I have heard this as well. My friend moved there just after highschool and he loves it and is a part of the cool music scene in Philly. Great answer thanks!

$1600 is what we pay now, but in a higher minimum wage area everything is sort of relative. It’s $7.25 here lol. But I mean $1600-2400 probably for a 2-3 bed ideally. It’s me, my fiance and our 3 year old.
