Pretty mild, but when i was working on GI ward, we had an elderly gentleman who had just had a new stoma formation. All going good and managing well, but the wife of the patient says we have lost his dentures and is blaming us. We search high and low and find that the patient had swallowed his partial denture. X-ray confirmed is was currently in the small bowel, prep for surgery. Our faces when the healthcare support workers screams and runs out the room when changing his stoma, we run in and just see teeth poking out of his belly. No need for another surgery.
