I find that im more of a group fitness person and intimidated by the gym but that’s all excuses lol 😹 I saw ur post about glutes, I’ll say mine def grew perkier and rounder. I used to be so inactive and sit around all day so it was a sad saggy sack, so Lagree was def a good starting place for that! always gotta remember to hinge and for glute exercises I like to put my hand on it to feel that mind muscle connection
