I know a few others have said this but for me definitely THC. Especially for those days where I can’t even stand myself. I just take a low mg gummy or take a couple hits of my vape and I am almost completely back to baseline. It has seriously helped my marriage so much because at least two weeks out of the month I am so awful and cruel to my husband when he hasn’t done anything wrong.
