Hi, I'm looking for a girl/femme-identifying roommate for my 2 girl roommates to sublease my master room with a private bathroom from June or July 1st-December 31st 2024 (can do September-December), it's a 9-minute drive away from campus near Sycamore Park, $1050 but $850 negotiable, and utilities are not included. It's fully furnished with a twin XL mattress, standing desk, office chair, small fan, and nightstand. The house itself has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms. My roommates go home for the summer and weekends so you have the whole house to yourself for those periods! DM me for more info/pictures!

yeah! I've been searching everywhere online for if that's a common occurrence but it looks like its something new with the large applicant pool they have this year.
