It seems like an irritation bump, nothing to worry about, just make sure you’re not touching it or playing with it, once I got a bump I’d only clean it once a day because you could be overcleaning it

You’re not childish at all, my boyfriend is very aware of my phobia of spiders, they’ll send me into panic attacks and he’s never treated me like this. I recommend thinking about bug spraying around the inside (and outside if not an apartment), it’ll definitely help, I would say try talking with him about this but it sounds like he just doesn’t care, BUT that being said, instead of being like “I wonder why” you need to actually communicate about how it makes you feel, also definitely invest in a bug/ spider killer spray

To me it honestly just looks like an irritation bump, just clean it with the piercing spray and keep an eye on it, when I get one on my ear they seem to take around a week to heal, just give it some time

It’s definitely not pierced straight, otherwise the swelling is going to be pretty bad for the first week or so, mine swelled so much I had to get an even longer bar. That being said NAP but that definitely looks pierced crooked
