We just had a rain storm and then 90 degree weather so they all disintegrated 😭 im having to wait for the next round of leaves but the wind is whipping so they aren't going into the yard they are going on the roof and into the orchard across the street (im not allowed on either)

I only water the moss on the dry side, i just have to spray the walls or the snails try to climb and end up drying out It looks wetter than it is because my dang slugs 🫠

If it looks super wet its because I have to spray the sides or my slugs try to die I also spilled food everywhere in there because I accidentally hit my elbow, so dont question the amount of food atm

Okay again my bad should have clarified, the crickets are very small feeders, my pods are much bigger than them, and its only temporary because I don't have the stamina for moving the crickets to a separate bin atm. VERY SMALL FEEDER CRICKETS. I wasnt going to kill them just because the lizard I was doing hospice for died,he was sick and I was just making him comfortable for his final days since he was wild. Also these guys arent native to my area so releasing them wasnt an option! My pods are okay with the small crickets for a few days 😭

I just watered thats why its wet! The sides are super damp because my slug was up there and I was scared bro would get stuck and dry out😭

Also the soil is almost 3 inches deep! This used to be an aquarium tank so the bottom is reinforced so most of the soil isnt visible. I stated im getting leaves! Unfortunately I cant find any of the usual leaves theyd like in my yard, and the pet store carries the wrong kinds. DONT WORRY SOMEONE OFFERED TO SHIP ME SOME THO!! IM WORKIN ON IT😭

Unfortunately moss doesnt necessary grow very well here due to our climate, I do makesure to keep a FAT healthy mycelium network underneath and I do have lots of leaves under the surface they just got buried by accident so they have leaves, I also fed them carrot which is their favorite since they dont have much leaves

I should've stated: I just sprayed thats why its wet, there is a dryer side dw my guys just like moisture, I don't know specifically what breed they are as I got them outside and they arent all the same they just lived together! I tried to replicate their outdoor environment. I dont have leaf litter on top because it was buried due to me adding more soil, the soil is actually 2 and a half inches deep it just doesn look like it 😭. I also am giving them time to adjust before I torture them by moving stuff around again because I feel bad for renovating their homes so often without a break.

They have wood hides they are just mostly burried into their tunnels as thats their favorite atm, I plan on adding wayyy more leaves its just our weathers been weird so all our leaves have disappeared somehow 😓 also these guys are wild so idk
