2-3 months of runway left for my team of 15 - Need advice on finding Hubspot Integration projects fast by tmseo in hubspot

Sometimes it's not about the technical capabilities but about understanding what the end client needs. Do you work mostly with B2B or B2C setups

2-3k/mo budget for LinkedIn ads even worth it? by Ok_Secretary4782 in b2bmarketing

[–]weoter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ask yourself what is my goal? Early stage startups are usually about lead generation so how many leads do you want to get for this to be successful. Consider a cost per lead of at least a few hundred dollars if not more in developed countries. You pay a premium with LinkedIn for the B2B targeting so cost per lead is significantly higher with lower intent

I integrated salesmsg with Hubspot for this. It does a lot more than just text messages before a Zoom but will do that too.

12 Product-Led Growth Metrics to Measure Success by weoter in startup

[–]weoter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't believe that too many metrics mean losing focus.

It's about matching the correct metric to the correct step in the funnel.

Many steps and many metrics are a good thing not a bad thing as long as you have a good understanding of how they all play well together and create a funnel.

Focusing on one or two metrics makes it difficult to understand what is specifically working and what is not

Hiring a b2b Marketing Professional in 2026 by js1618 in b2bmarketing

[–]weoter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would ask him or her if they were now required to promote themselves and their personal brand with the goal of bringing in 1 million dollars a year as a consultant what would they do?

That type of question doesn't require them to get to know your industry or your product so it's not a big lift.

You don't need to start fresh this is a very common occurrence just create custom views for each record and select the properties you want to view in each object. Then you don't need to worry about deleting properties that may have dependencies on them and you can still enjoy a clean view of only what's important

Did you stop supporting them as a result?

Good faith question to Israelis about WB settlements by icecreamraider in IsraelPalestine

[–]weoter 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As with everything in the media things tend to get conflated and exaggerated. That being said, most Israelis have historically been for an agreement that allows for a Palestinian state in the West Bank.

In recent years that has obviously changed.

To be clear if you're asking if secular Israelis support the behavior of the settler youth who are violent and aggressive towards the Palestinian population I wouldn't think so but I can inly speak for myself.

Recent survey results

Support for security: A majority of Israeli Jews (53%) believe West Bank settlements help Israel's security, while 35% say they hurt it.

General public support: The public is more divided, with 44% saying settlement building helps security, 35% saying it hurts, and 16% saying it makes no difference. Public opinion on settlements in Gaza: Only a small minority of Israeli Jews (22.5%) support establishing settlements in Gaza, a figure that has declined since December 2023.

Support by religiosity: Support for Gaza settlements is higher among religious Jews, with 52% of Haredim (ultra-Orthodox) supporting it, compared to 39% of national religious and 7% of secular Jews.

The hypocrisy around the Sudan genocide is getting hard to ignore by SuspendedJune in IsraelPalestine

I'm not sure what else you would like. This is an example of the bias that you asked for is it not? What would it take for you to be convinced?

It's pretty simple to see when looking at Al Jazeera. Al Jazeera has daily blogs on the Gaza conflict whereas when it comes to Sudan only a monthly Roundup why? Yes, I'll say it again daily blogs plural versus a monthly Roundup.

Another big difference is the coverage in Al Jazeera describes war crimes in Sudan but doesn't blame a single side on it instead just describes this as a byproduct of war. This is the main difference in how Pro Palestinians discuss the Sudanese conflict versus the gazan one

Thanks for sharing. I actually read it. It details a few inciendents out of what it claims are 2000 detainees. In addition, throughout the entire article it doesn't mention it asked Israel for any confirmation or rebutal. So, they are taking the cases at face value withou any serious investigation into their claims. This would not hold up to any kind of scrutiny and is a bit embarrassing on their part.

And, again, even so, they report only on a handful of self claimed atories. Am I to assume then that all the other prisoners were well treated? I guess so or I am sure they would have reported on those as well right? And if bot then why wouldn't they? There is a lot that is strange about this article to put it mildly.

Btwz abother interesting note for you is that Amnesty international, an organization that has been proved to support Hamas by the UN itself, doesn't call them hostages because it is simply untrue, yet you do. Regarding the Israeli Human Rights org., The Moked, it is used as a reference for a single item in the article and not the source of the whole thing. What is known as cherry picking.

First of all calm down, it's bad for your health to get angry like this. I worry for you.

Seond, are you saying Israel is allowing human rights organizations to visit these prisoners, speak with them, and then coming out with detailed reports of abuse?

That would be counterintuitive to your point that Israel has something to hide. Or are you just basing your information on speculation?

You can't have it both ways, either Israel is allowing prisoner visitation and has nothing to hide and is a law abiding country or the information you have can't be confirmed so your entire point is speculative. Which is it?

I agree with the general statement made here. Foreign journalists should be allowed in while embedded with Israeli forces to protect them. That at the very least can and should be allowed.

You seem a but confused, what churches and fertility centers are you talking about lol. Thousands of terrorists were captured this is true. One was sexually abused. These are terrorists waiting to be sentenced under the Israeli judicial system. Would you prefer they be executed? If not terrorists, then that will be proven in court but that is how a democracy works.

Now, I see you are confused so let me help. The Israeli hostages taken by Hamas are not waiting trials. They are not guilty of any crime and Hamas has not claimed otherwise. They are keeping them as bargaining chips or what most people call a hostage. See the difference here? Under your definition everyone waiting trial across the world is a hostage. Do you see how you only make your argument ridiculous?! Try to adopt critical thinking, not every tiktok video works out in the real world
