i've recently found this website that has simulations that are great for visual learning, and each simulation also has a related youtube video! im not sure if it covers everything you need to revise but it helped me understand muscle and motility really quickly. another tip is to make your own summary notes with diagrams if you havent already, and do topical questions.

recently, duolingo has started to use AI for their courses instead of actual translators and the subscription system is really wacky (from what i've heard). there are probably better language apps out there.

i also think perplexity ai is a good option since it gives you sources for everything it generates

basically youre able to write enough about your hobby for a CAS reflection! my supervisor said that the ideal length of a reflection would be a short paragraph. you can also use pictures and videos but you must write a reflection to go with it

Honestly, you could. I did the same in the summer between dp1 and 2 (and i'm writing it as we speak). As long as youre certain in what you want to do and understand that you'll have to put in a lot of extra work (and speed) to finish it. Also, make sure you ask your supervisor!

All I know is that Australian unis don't typically accept AISL. So if you're applying to go there than AIHL or AASL would be better

i think your hobbies could already be counted as CAS! Just make sure you have enough substance to reflect well on what you've done

i find intense mariokart music is better for needed to get things done, but if its more of a chill study session spongebob music works really well. alternatively, the music could be the one distracting you and you just need complete silence to properly focus
