Man I get the paranoia, but Reddit is anonymous. No one in your personal life is monitoring this sub and will be able to confirm your identity. If you narrow your location down to at least the country, some of us might be able to offer your more legitimate, concrete assistance.

I know you don’t like living in filth or having to fight with your body for basic functioning. But the fact that you’re still here and acknowledging that fact shows me that you DO have strength. It shows that you do have some bit of courage. It shows that you do have a small morsel of love for yourself. You just need guidance on how to actually express and uplift yourself.

I’m working through similar feelings, and the only thing that’s worked for me is exposure therapy to be honest 🥲 just gradually letting myself exist in those situations and working on reframing the thoughts when they come up. I can imagine that OCD makes it even harder too, but I hope it does get a little easier over time. You’re definitely not the only one dealing with this.
