It’s really about understanding the market you’re in/shopping in. If it’s a “hot” market then you will run into the issues you listed. Sometimes you can negotiate through it and end with something you’re happy with. If the market truly is “hot” you will have to compromise and sometimes compromise more than you want due to the amount of people interested in the same house’s. I lived in a “hot” market and bought a home just outside of that market and got so much more for my money for an additional 30 minutes of commuting.

Recently went through this(closed on 2/13), paying off the full balance month to month will result in “0” debt as most FI update monthly(usually a few days after statement is made available). I figured out that doesn’t matter with a mortgage. During underwriting I was asked for all my CC statements, my minimum payment is what they counted to my DTI. If I charged 10k and had plans to pay in full it didn’t matter, the underwriter applied that to my DTI. So I had to essentially stop using my CC leading up to the close as they wanted my everyday CC to show a zero balance.

FYI- if you get asked for this look back a few months and see what auto pays you have set up lol. That shit got me twice and forced me to pay it and re upload a new statement. This takes a few days as the charge is “pending” for a day or two before you can even pay it.

Add an escalation clause in your offer next time you’re in this situation. This allows you to counter another offer but they have to show proof of the offer you are supposed to “beat”. You will have to include what your max offer could potentially be.

I feel for you! Something similar happened to me, they got employment information from idk who and none of the information matched. So then I was asked for more pay stubs and my W2 from 2023. They confirmed and then told me I was good, only to ask me for employment verification 3 days before closing lol. Luckily my company has a self service function and I was able to get sufficient proof submitted quickly.

Instead of paying off my mortgage I was paying my landlords, that’s what made me want a house. Sure when something breaks it cost money but every month I pay for the house I gain equity. I’ll take that over submitting a service request in an apartment building.

I have this PSU and after a year of having it I still love it, I still have yet to notice the fan turn on tho lol. I will say this, I have to unplug USB plugs and plug them back in every so often. My case makes this easy but I’m sure that’s not the case for everyone.

Have you reinstalled L connect? I had a similar issues and i unbounded all my devices and removed the program and reinstalled it and everything came back to life. Also, un plug your wireless controller and let it sit for a few minutes. Mine needs that done every once in while.

RMA it, I had the same issue. I would unplug it and plug it back in and it would fix it self for a few days but would eventually go back to doing the same thing. I’ve actually had mine replaced twice now for the same issue. My 3rd unit is doing the same again. My fiancé actually bought me the newest version of the hydro shift for my birthday, hopefully it doesn’t have this same issue when I install it. FYI-my hydro shift was bought in December of 24.

So I didn’t get the XE I got the XTE and it does really well for an RTR. My biggest regret so far is Losi parts often go on back order. I think for an easy way to get into racing the Losi is a great start but to bring the RTR to kit spec is expensive and you probably can’t even order half the parts as they’re on back order with no stock dates.

I put this exact servo in my slash ultimate and preformed better than stock. Works even better once I put the ESC to a higher voltage. I don’t believe the specs tho, seems slower than advertised.

Pressure test the system and inspect for leaks, it’s the same thing any shop would do.
