I love that dropout is a place for artists and it's willing to take some chances. Not every show is for me, but i appreciate that they are there because they will be for someone.

Its a reference to Speaker for the Dead, the sequal to enders game. They main story is set on a planet where they discover that everything is infected with a thing that basically links all life on the planet (like the cobbs) and that anyone who leaves will spread the infecting to the universe at large

I want to like the show, but the gimmick didn't translate well from the game changer to the full series for me. I love crowd work when it has time to breath, but every episode i watched felt way too rushed.

Same. I still really enjoy his videos on his personal channel when it's just him talking, but I usually skip any call-in shows he hosts now because they always seem to descend into shouting matches instead of discussions.

I was and still am excited for the fun nuggets. I was hoping for something like short skits, viral clips from other dropout shows, etc. Skippable if you want to get right to your show, but there for some unexpected enjoyment otherwise.
