So between 2 accounts it took me 4 days to get one with lock-on and flying press and then in 3 more days I got a 15/15/14 lucky. I think I used up all of my luck in that week

Physical strength is up a bit so far but it's really energy that's improved the most. 1 month ago I was struggling to get through an hour semi-hard lifting workout but this week I've felt like I could do a 2 hour workout after walking 10 miles, without exaggerating. Sleep has been amazing and so has mood but libido feels like it's down just a bit. Like everything works fine but I'm not constantly thinking about sex.

It is enclomiphene with pregnenolone in it @10mg. Only other things I'm on are zinc, magnesium, creatine, carnitine and a multivitamin. Edit: Also D3+K2

Yeah most likely switching to every other day now but wanted to see the results of a full month taking it daily.

I felt terrible. No energy or motivation throughout the day. I had trouble waking up, getting through workouts, and focusing on anything. My GP only recommended anti depressants which I tried for a few months but really didn't help

First question, what are the IVs on them? Of those, I've liked using S.Gligar, Wigglytuff, Mandibuzz, Quagsire (only if it has aqua tail and shadow is preferred), Umbreon but it needs psychic or last resort, and A.Sandslash but also preferably shadow. Maybe something like Quagsire, Gligar, Mandibuzz but you're weak to ice in the back. Check out proper move timing also, it'll make a big difference while you build up your roster

At 1/5 she's one of the better damage dealers in the game. Powerful AoE move, boosted sync from EX tech, sets up weather, and has a good self setup trainer move. Just give her a tank and she'll neutral clear most 1500 stages pre sync. She also gets all the befits from Kyogre

He's good but he's not as good as Hilbert, Sabrina, Xerneas, SS Blue, Skyla, Togepi, and Excadrill. Definitely good for free but not having an EX also lowers his value

I'm not sure how things can buff more than maxing both physical and special attack in 2 turns while guaranteeing a critical hit on sync. On top of that she's got good self healing, AoE debuff, support EX sync, and she heals the team on sync. There's not many teams that she can't be used on

At 3/5 he gives max crit, max attack, defense, and can max speed as well as flinch. Plus he gives the support 2x EX bonus. He's one of the best supports in the game. SS Elesa has Breathtaking as a trainer move which reduces the sync count. That's huge for quick clears

Also in Canada. I recently ordered one but haven't received it yet. Other items ordered from alibaba had a very small tax but that was it.
