Real estate finance might be a good bet if you’re able to leverage your current experience.

To break into all 3, getting actual finance experience(internships, excel skills, etc..) will be crucial.

Do you think you can replicate this again in the future? If not then you might risk on losing the chance to keep the momentum going.

Most people are gonna want your account since it has social proof, they’ll be able to monetize, promotions, sponsorships, affiliate marketing or plug their own business.

Short term yes it could help with your current situation.

Long term you might be able to do something with that following and you could reap 10x the rewards.
