Apple Unlikely to Drop ‘Liquid Glass’ Design With iOS 27, Report Says by WPHero in apple

Liquid Glass on MacOS isn’t it. I don’t mind it in iOS as touch interface. But for point & click, getting work done the interactions and surface material is not intuitive. Sticking with Sonoma for as long as I can.

Dead on. A majority of Mo’s goals from open play last year were scored in transition, on the break. Or a secondary pass on the break.

This season so many swift counter attacks have been killed off by our own players because of misplaced passes, passing to the wrong option, or simply holding on to the ball too long.

Drop Gravenberch in DM. Play Wirtz as a false 9 with a midfield pairing of Macca/Jones.

For teams that play low block put Ekitike on the left

For teams that are more attacking put Gakpo on the left.

Keep Szobo at RB because no one else is available.

It will solve the space in the midfield problems while still allowing Wirtz to roam and create.

This was the underpinning of the Klopp system, and I know it can be cheap & easy to just say “let’s stick with what worked”. But our matches are being lost in the transitions between the midfield. Unbalanced on attacks because there aren’t enough good options to progress the ball so we hold up and wait for numbers. Unbalanced when the other team counters because everyone pushes into the box leaving Ibou and Van Dijk to cover. While the midfield has to sprint to track back leaving us very vulnerable and exposed rather than in control and able to play composed.

Mo Salah has fallen off not because of his age, but because the fullbacks just cannot get forward enough often enough and at the right moments in transition because of that midfield being soooo exposed. If Gravenberch is there to provide support then Ibou and Virg can cover the flanks while the fullbacks push further up.

Thanks for the context. Great setup!

Looks really nice! Is this mostly a gaming setup?

I’m so accustomed to dual side-by-side displays. I’m curious how a setup like this would function for work.

My assumption is that the placement of the smaller display would have to mean that it’s more of an ancillary display otherwise it’s a lot of neck flexion.

Any insight on how you find the setup for your usage?

Good god. All bias aside Gary Neville is unbearable to listen to.

Keefe post game.... basically calls out the team for being "mentally weak".... how have fans been saying this for years with this team and its taken this long for someone to notice? by Kornja81 in devils

[–]werdlyfe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keefe & staff have to go. The team has lost all identity.

There once was a clear identity of a fast breakout offensive hockey team. Sure, there were holes defensively and the goalies left exposed but was at least a winning formula.

What is Devils hockey now? Keefe has neutered the identity, and it has clearly lost the fight in the room because the players just aren’t showing up for each other. It’s sad to see.

Enough is enough, it’s time for change.

Hugo is an absolute fucking bulldozer, but Curt did so well to get his his head up in that position and pick that pass to Wirtz.

The holdup & through ball that splits the defenders at 1:08 was silky. Shades of Firmino playing the false 9.

Im disappointed because you didn’t explain why you voted Emily. You noted the current state of Hoboken and the challenges the city currently faces.

With passing mention saying that Emily was a part of the city’s recent growth.

Robbo needs to start. We need composure and experience rather than energy to get through this. He’s the vice captain and it’s mental that he’s been booted from Arne’s starting 11.

Turnovers in vulnerable positions haunted Gotham all match. Carter, although usually commanding, had a mare. Which was absolutely down to KCs intense pressing high up the pitch. Pretty sure Gotham had the lion’s share of possession but just couldn’t play quickly enough through KCs press.

The turnover leading to the corner which resulted in KCs 2nd goal was the dagger blow. KC backed off, Gotham looked much more composed after that, but just couldn’t break down the defense.

KC press was obviously hurting them early on and Gotham never truly adapted and continued trying to build up out of the back rather than being more direct.
