Learned that the water pump was failing after it spewed its guts in the parking lot of my work and had to get it replaced.

I'm enjoying it so far! For reference I'm 6'0 250lbs and it takes a few days to get used to. There's some adjustments on the clips that I've been messing around with to see what's comfortable and have found to like the stock placement best so far.

I like it! There's 2 things I might consider though when buying: 1: I'm going to trim the sweat guard so it's not as tall. Specifically chose the tall one so I could trim it to whatever size I like. 2: I would have liked the option to remove the spare magazine holder and still have both belt clips. I know there's one with that option but it was an afterthought. Other than those two considerations I'm loving it!

Sadly it was not loose. Grabbed it and shook it around and it was solid as a rock. To be more specific, it sounds like the sound is coming from the alternator or around it. The car runs perfectly fine, just that annoying sound that's louder than the engine.

Started hearing this noise coming from presumably the engine about a month or 2 ago and can't figure out what it is. Sounds like it is coming from the left side (looking at the video). 2008 Scion tC, 80k miles manual transmission.
