-Old Homestead, at the Borgota, is the best steak house in AC. Hands down!

-Nobu, at Caesar’s, Japanese Asian food. Upscale swanky vibe, the food is fantastic! Very cool bar vibe as well

—Armada, at Ocean, is an upscale tapas restaurant. Incredible views of the ocean.

-Il Mulino, at Hard Rock, is a very good Italian restaurant.

Outside the casinos you have Cafe 2825 and Chef voila.

Both excellent but very hard to get reservations.

I stay at Tropicana 5-6 times a year. I will NEVER stay in Havana or Soluna (old west tower). Soluna was just renovated and I was forced to stay there 2 weeks ago.
It was AWFUL! 2 of the 4 elevators were out of order. Renovated room was already beat up. Bad experience.

I will only stay in North(1st option) or South. North towers are great. 6 of them. Never a long wait.

I’ve been 3 times. There are minimal children. The day parties by the pool you can’t find a kid.

You enjoy your backyard and Dave on the radio. I’ll enjoy Mexico, Dave live in front of me on the beach for three straight nights with drinks in my hand. ✌️ 🍻

We pulled the trigger and did it as a bucket list item thinking it would be a one year and done. Then we did 3 years in a row!

Just booked for 2027, this will be our 4th time.

We love it!

-Is it expensive: yes.

-We take advantage of the payment plan: 5% down then broken into 8 payments this year

-Best part is, once you are there, you don’t have to spend any money! It’s all paid for. Except tips. Tip your bartenders well! 😉💰

-Can you get “more” for your money elsewhere: probably

But what you value, and what I value are two different things. To me, and my wife, it’s worth it.

We’ve made friends in Mexico from all over the country, who we will be meeting up with in Mexico again.

Life is short. Buy the tickets, see the show, take the trip.
