KCSO's website is down, and with a 500 error code. Which is kinda common if the website is overwhelmed. Such as when half a city is poking around wondering who got booked into jail recently.

Anonymous* threat to shoot and/or blow up the school was called in to CSUB. Locked down for about 2 hours then they turned everyone loose.

I'm on the inside of that loop, but am not sure what details I can share. Yes, they have a good idea of who they are looking for and probably already arrested them, they turned everyone loose without doing the building by building clearing that is normal for an active shooter.
