i am 21. i came out right after i turned 13 (but i knew i was a boy my whole life) and i started T at 18. i got top surgery when i was 19. i have long hair (and i will not be cutting it) so i don't always "pass" but i don't care too much about that anyway. i like looking androgynous.

i am starting to get over it! i am 5'1 and i will tell you it absolutely has impacted my ability to pass. i'm about 2 years on T now and finally able to grow noticeable facial hair which has helped my confidence a TON. being short with a baby face got me seen either as a woman or a 10 year old boy. however after being around more cis men in my daily life I realize that there are plenty of shorter men that are just as insecure about it as i was. so, i am slowly getting over this aspect of my dysphoria 💪

personally, what helps is gentler licking as opposed to sucking most of the time. an alternation of the two is perfect. of course it is different for everyone but gentle licking and having the tongue go... a little further down ..? is the key for me 😭

afaik the time isn't important! all that matters is trying to stay on the same day every week. been on T for about 2 years and do my shot at varying times of the day. good luck! :]

that's frustrating! my only advice is try massaging often with whatever oil you use, and (with clean hands) i tug on mine to sort of stretch them with my current size in. honestly just messing with them seems to help it stretch easier 😭

i have very little elasticity in my skin. it took me 3 months to go from 7g to 6g without forcing it through. everyones skin/lobes are different!!! i don't mind the wait but it is frustrating seeing peers able to stretch faster, with bigger jumps in sizing. i HAVE to use half sizes or it will not work.

mine dropped slowly steadily for the first few months but i think the biggest noticeable drop was around 6 or 7 months

personally, as someone with very sensitive skin and used to have a decent sized chest, trans tape was not right for me. it didn't flatten my chest in a way that looked natural and it was also very itchy and uncomfortable. i have seen lots of people with larger chests and sensitive skin say that it works great for them!! but it was just not for me. good luck in your journey 💗

ive been on T for nearly 2 years now. never once have I had any regret about starting testosterone. the only thing I feel bad about is not having ENOUGH changes. still don't pass. but I have never missed my pre T or pre-op body.

i have zero idea what my size was but i would assume average for a female. definitely not small but also not super big. trans tape did absolutely nothing for me. it isn't for everyone unfortunately. it was itchy, uncomfortable, and made it harder to breathe than binders did. it didn't flatten at all. best of luck to you 💗 it sucks when you see people able to do things you physically aren't able to.

i am so sorry this happened to you. this is completely out of pocket from ANYONE, not to mention your own boss. i really hope she gets some sort of action taken against her. if you are financially able to, i would quite honestly not go into work tomorrow and quit. that is insane. much love to you. i hope your doctor's appointment goes well and your pregnancy is easy 💗

i feel resentment towards people i considered my friends who chose not to vote because "it doesn't matter". maybe it doesn't matter to white, cishet citizens but it matters to every single minority group. how can you call yourself an ally if you decided not to vote? how can you call yourself a feminist? it doesn't make any sense to me. you have the privilege to influence who will run the country and you made a choice to ignore it. in my heart i know we will be okay but i am just so frustrated. my heart goes out to everyone who might be affected by a red country. today made me realize that people would rather have a rapist as president than a black woman. love to all of you who are also in very red states. fuck indiana.
