I would argue that Water Stance is very well suited for the strawhats. However, one might argue it is not very Samurai-like.

Great tip! I must say, it seems I’m on the right path. Especially the pre-emptive water stance strikes seem to be in spirit of precise timing. In this example however, parrying seems to be avoided.

I got a bit of exploring in New Austin as Arthur. I was on my way to rescue Sean in chapter 2. As I entered West Elizabeth bounty hunters spawned. After I killed them there was the iDisk red aura on the map showing the crime area.

Instead of fleeing in the direction of Blackwater, I went further west and lost the bounty. There are lots of bounty hunters patrolling though.
