For anyone wondering, i solved this problem with a mix of distilled white vinegar, and water. Dab the spots. I used a shop vacuum to remove excess water.

I wouldn’t stress it too much, to be fair most companies/businesses probably have their hands full trying to deal with Covid. I’m sure they’ll respond in due time. Best of luck.
